Deine Aufgaben:

  • In this exciting position, you will be responsible for the business development of a defined consumer segment and the associated Dr. Oetker sub-brand and/or product ranges.
  • You will implement the growth strategy and plan and develop consumer-winning concepts for new products and/or business areas for Cake/Dessert according to our corporate strategy.
  • You will develop and provide concepts and innovation briefing for new products, line extensions or optimization of international products.
  • You will manage the development of integrated communication concepts – starting with the big idea to the execution of an asset tool box - in Paid, Owned and Earned Media.
  • You will create compelling consumer activation that builds awareness and conversion.
  • You will collaborate closely with international functions and local business units.

Was wir erwarten:

  • You are excellent positioned, if you hold a degree in economics with focus in marketing or equivalent.
  • You have gained at least 5 years professional/operational experience in brand and product management (FMCG), ideally in an international environment.
  • Moreover, besides a profound media experience, you show mastery of consumer-oriented, strategic marketing and brand management tools.
  • Your strengths include conceptual thinking, creativity, organisational talent and flexibility. In addition, your work is fact-based and you have a quick understanding of business goals and priorities.
  • You are resilient when dealing in a challenging and ambivalent environment and stand out for your stakeholder management skills.
  • Furthermore, you developed the ability to work in a team, especially in intercultural-staffed teams.
  • A willingness to travel is assumed.
